Optimising Immunoglobulin Dosing in Secondary Immunodeficiency due to Haematological Malignancies

OPTIMAL is investigating how immune profiling can identify patients who are most likely to benefit from immunoglobulin therapy and inform the best dosing and treatment duration. Studies in people with blood cancers combine measures of immune function with pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analyses, with the aim of supporting more personalised treatment.
